Quest for the Village | Recap + Gallery
I’ve attended every Village event for the past seven years. It’s a great event that brings together riders in the community I don’t normally get to see throughout the season. We really lucked out with the weather this year, getting mostly sunshine, which really helps up the vibe. Seeing how the event has changed and evolved and seeing new riders emerge has been really fun. Events like the Village are important for growing and connecting a strong community.
Standout moments from this year's Village were having Liam Berger land on top of me while getting too close to his backflip on the quarter pipe. Tanner Davidson always seems to find the biggest hit, wallying the mailbox into the event sign, hitting the umbow and gapping the deck, and lining up the gap off the pool feature.
