Ride Vantum Snowboard Basics

The Ride Vantum is a directional do-everything board of the future. Engineered to be at home on groomers, side hits, in the pow, and even in the park if you're feeling sporty. It's meant to be ridden in a traditional length and features RIDE’s directional standard camber, keeping the board stable and ready for takeoff, landing, and everything in between. New Urethane Channel (technology from the future) uses milled out sections of the core that are then filled with RIDE’s urethane material. These channels are focused on the nose of the board, to keep the nose from flapping around even when charging through chop. This vessel also uses a tapered quadratic sidecut with the Roll-In Construction to be quick edge to edge, float better in deep snow, and nimble enough to evade the yellow jackets looking to take your pass for launching off that side hit that’s finally shaped just right.

  • Shape is directional, meaning more nose than tail, set-back stance with a matching sidecut; rideable switch, not optimized for it
  • Camber Profile falls into the standard camber zone (RIDE's Multi-Cam profile per product copy). Known to be responsive without being overpowering.
  • Flex Rating is aggressive response; medium torsional flex underfoot, stiffer tip/tail for stability in pow and on landings.

The Vantum is built for riders who want one all-mountain charger that can do it all, since there's nothing worse than swapping bindings on a day-to-day basis. Given it's stiffness and cambered profile, it's aimed at intermediate-to-expert all-mountain riders.
