Blue Hour 1 | Thunder Bay

Filmmaker Patrick Quesnel visits Patrice Poulin in his hometown of Thunder Bay, Ontario for the first iteration of his new video series 'Blue Hour'. Filmed between February 4th to 10th, 2025, the Pat duo fills their days exploring park, pow, and street alongside local Troy Robinson.
